97 Chevy short box reg cab transplanted onto a 2000 Tahoe 2wd frame
Body is solid
Body has 247k on it.
Was a v6,5spd truck but is now running a 5.3ls and a 4l60e.
The Tahoe that donated it’s frame. And drive train was a municipal vehicle that had low kilometers on it and had been serviced regularly. I do not know what the mileage was, but the truck runs really nice and the transmission shifts really well.
The design of the frame is better mostly because it is stiffer, has 4 wheel disc brakes and a rear four link, I did not do the transplant it was done by a friend of the previous owner.

Leather factory buckets (ds has new foam and lower upholstery)
Yukon Denali console
New headliner
Dynamat roof and floor

Rear slider
Roll pan
Computer reflashed with vats delete, cat delete, and egr delete. Done locally so a tune can be done easily.
Fuel cell is added because of the difficulty to integrate the factory Tahoe tank filler into the stock location.
This also allows for a true dual exhaust system to be added to the truck. Because now there is no factory fuel tank in the way..
The truck does need a couple of little things but they are not critical things. This is something that I will discuss with the person who is seriously interested.
The truck is fully insured and drivable on a daily basis as I have been driving it for a little while now.
You have to see this truck in person to appreciate it.
