Well. It’s a story. My friends parents now gone lived in st Petersburg Florida. He couldn’t drive if as he had both hips done and can’t clutch. Bought it new in New York. Went to Denver. Retired in Florida. He was a surgeon. We made a deal and I flew down and drove it back. I gig Hemrich to mechanically restore it. Rebuilt air conditioning. Did all the power windows. And drivers power seat Did clutch. Transmission. Differential. Axles. Factory dual piston calipers tilt. (2) way stop. In dash tach. Am fm 8 track multiplex which I rebuilt butI’ve never been happy with. The interior is fine but ig got hog on the seat shells and glue came out. I have to clean that up. Tires are in good shape also (3) fin aluminum rad. I got Chris Patrick to do the body a few years ago. I managed to find a paid if rear quarters. You cant even tell. New floor pans. Tie boards. Rockers. Transmission tunnel He did an awesome job. I had a shop do the boards but he didn’t do a great paint and Chris did it (4) me. Runs nice (325) HP. No heating problem. Top is fine. So is mechanism. Glass window and boot cover NZ Autoworks took apart and cleaned and adjusted all the windows. It also has full light package but I have a kill switch. All old cars leak electricity. Midas did the whole exhaust. He told me he did motor work bug at (94) he couldn’t remember and it checked out fine when I brought it home. New dash pad. That’s expensive. New carpet. Whit interior that means if you have the slightest stain on jeans or track shorts your cleaning. I don’t want to sell but it doesn’t get enough use and with my back it’s hard to use it all the time. I put aftermarket guages in but nothing wrong with the factory. You can hook them up. I get my parts from MJ Classics in Texas. I don’t need much but he’s great. There it is. My story.
